CC AIO CPAP Toolhead Mount

Public BETA for a CPAP cowling and BiQU Universal Turbo conversion. It is important to remember that there could be issues or possible unforeseen issues due to lack of wide spread testing.


Due to the early nature of this public BETA is not advised for anyone not familiar with the setup or usage of CPAP or with swapping out all of the toolhead elements.

This does not include any riser needed, however solutions are in progress.

In short: Expect there may be issues that could result in not being able to use the printer until resolved.


The AIO CPAP Cowling supports any CPAP, BigTreeTech EBB36 Gen 1 and 2*, BigTreeTech Eddy probes, Cartographer v4, stock extruder, and the Constellation extruder.


*The over molded XT30 2+2 connector is too tall and will prevent the board from seating due to hitting the housing. In order to use the cable provided by BTT the cable will need to have the over molding and some of the potting material removed in order to fit and seat properly.


Required Components

  • BigTreeTech EBB36 Gen 1 or 2

  • BiQU Universal Turbo Fan

  • BTT Eddy or Cartographer v4 (non low profile variant)

  • 8x M3 heatset inserts

  • 1 printed CC AIO CPAP Toolhead carriage mount

  • 1 printed CC AIO CPAP Toolhead cover for desired ABL probe

  • 1 printed probe mount
